SULFUR patch fixes Cryo Snakes procs, input switching, and Novanian Guard miniboss chain

The latest SULFUR patch lets Cryo Snakes proc on unit hits and fixes input switching, a Forest chest, localization, a miniboss chain, and water hit detection.

Gameplay

• Cryo Snakes can now properly proc on unit hits.
• Hit detection when shooting through the back of a water collider was fixed.

Bug Fixes

• Some issues when switching between gamepad and mouse+keyboard were fixed.
• A broken chest in Forest was fixed.
• The bugged chain of the Novanian Guard miniboss was fixed.

Localization

• More issues with the Traditional Chinese localization were fixed.
