Sulfur: How to Get Intestines and Farm Organs

SULFUR Header
Gameplay telemetry and reference asset for SULFUR.

Acquiring intestines in Sulfur requires aiming gunfire precisely at the lower abdomen of humanoid enemies, shooting fallen corpses, and utilizing specialized organ-harvesting weapon enchantments.

Organ drops provide crucial resources used across various cooking recipes and needed to turn in Stamp tasks for friendly non-player characters. Enemy drops in Sulfur correlate with where bullets land. To harvest intestines, adventurers must direct shots toward an opponent's lower abdomen. In addition to eliminating active threats, players can shoot enemy corpses post-mortem to coax extra organ items out of deceased bodies.

The Town stands out as the most reliable early-game location for gathering organs in volume because the district is packed with humanoid adversaries. Players seeking consistent results can craft the Toxic Lobotomy scroll alongside Kevin in the church by combining a Plague scroll with a Surge scroll. This modifier ensures every landed hit produces an organ drop. Applying the Toxic Lobotomy enchantment to an inexpensive weapon, like the Flicker, and firing into fallen corpses provides steady intestine and organ yields.
