No More Room in Hell 2: Managing and Curing Infection

Dealing with contagion in No More Room in Hell 2 requires acting before your survivor turns undead.
Infection begins with sudden coughing and progressively triggers warped visual effects, phantom sounds, and red veins along screen borders. If the clock expires, your corpse reanimates against surviving allies. Taking medical pills resets the contagion countdown to zero, providing extra breathing room. To permanently eradicate the sickness, access gene therapy equipment, which requires roughly 30 seconds to produce your cure.
