Fields of Mistria: How to Upgrade Backpack and Get More Inventory

Upgrading your backpack in Fields of Mistria doubles your carrying capacity from ten to twenty item slots.

Players start out with only 10 inventory slots, which fill up very quickly during daily routines. Securing the Bag Upgrade almost immediately is recommended as your premier major purchase. The upgrade is sold inside Mistria's General Store costing 1,000 Tesserae.

To visit the shop, journey north out of your farm toward Mistria. Walk past Balor's Wagon and ascend the stone steps toward the village. Turn right upon reaching town; the General Store sits as the initial building you encounter. Go inside and interact with the counter to view the shop menu. Tab over to the Tools category (marked by an Axe icon) where the Bag Upgrade costs 1,000 Tesserae. Purchasing it expands your Backpack automatically to 20 slots.
