Metal scraps drop from humanoid Scavenger enemies found in camps and ruins across Embervale.
You can also break metal objects such as barrels, cages, urns, and broken machinery in Scavenger settlements to obtain scraps.
Additionally, loot scrap piles scattered around abandoned towns and workshops throughout the world.
