Safe containers protect placed items against raid penalties in Active Matter, preserving gear when an operative falls.

Anything stored within a safe container remains guarded, whereas ordinary loot carried in inventory is vulnerable if you perish.

Package tiers dictate starting allowances: Standard provides 10 Small units, Advanced grants 20 Small units, while Premium and Elite Squad bundles offer 20 Small plus 10 Medium safe containers.
